Any returns must be returned with an authorized RMA # within 15 days of purchase. All shipping charges for Warranty returns are at the customers expense, unless manufacturer agrees to pay for shipping. All Returned products or cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee once order is shipped from the factory or our warehouse. No returns or Exchanges on Special Order Items. No Refunds or Exchanges on Used Controllers or Parts only Even Exchange or Store Credit for Defective used Parts.
